Get Used To It
Chris' parents were in town last weekend. It was busy and fun.
Thursday night we grilled out and went to a baseball game. It was cheap beer night.
Friday we went to visit the place at which Chris and I want to get are getting married, and put down a deposit! We scored some free pizza, and then hit the Living Traditions festival downtown. It was very cool. Good food, good music, great weather.
We got up and made a lesiurely breakfast/brunch on Saturday, and then we went to the Red Butte Gardens. It was beautiful! We will definately be going back. We followed that with dinner out, and then we went to a play that Chris' cousin (once removed) was in.
On Sunday we went to church, and then came home and chilled and gardened. Steph and Jo came over around 6pm and we grilled out and ate and then watched the (2-hour) season finale of Desperate Housewives.
They left on Monday morning, and it was just us again. We should be preparing for our big vacation (1 week from today!) but instead we're going camping over Memorial Day weekend. Our summer is so busy, we don't have many free weekends for camping, so we need to go when we can!
The weather has been gorgeous lately, and our garden is thriving!! I took some pictures when we first planted it, and I would say that it's grown at least 3 times.
