I'm back!
We got into town on Sunday, and have spent the last few days getting our shit together. It's good to be back. Our garden flourished while we were gone, and we have baby tomatoes and cabbages that are ready to harvest. We also have one (just one!) jalapeno that is ready to eat. It was wonderful to see the cats. They missed us, and have been ultra clingy since we've been back. The trip was incredible. My thirst for travel has only been fueled, instead of quenched. Luckily for you, I took a thousand pictures (almost literally) and kept a travel log, so I'll post a trip recap as soon as I'm settled in.
Tomorrow night we are going to a baseball game, and then we have the Utah Arts Fest all weekend to look forward to. We'll also go to the farmer's market on Saturday morning, before the plumber comes over to blade our sewer lines. The joys of owning a home in a neighborhood with tons of full grown trees. (We have 7 on our property alone.) The tree roots grow into your sewer lines, slowing everything down, so you have to get someone to run an auger through the lines, to cut through the tree roots. The trees are so worth it, though.
