Yeah, Yeah
So I never write here anymore. Unless I'm going out of town. For some reason "update website" always comes to mind when I'm making my getting-ready-to-leave-town to-do list, which makes no sense since I don't update it any other time.So the last trip (to Wyoming for Chris' family reunion) was great. We ate a ton of food, played drunken golf, went to Fort Laramie (awesome!), and Chris' parents have cable so I got to watch the My Fair Brady Wedding Special. Oh my god, I was in heaven. I love watching those two nut jobs because they make me feel oh, so normal.
We had an unprecedented TWO whole weekends in town with no plans between then and now. We spent them not doing much of anything. Chris did some zoo stuff. We went out to celebrate my 5-year work anniversary. (Which was in March, but they give you $50 to go out to dinner and we hadn't used it yet.) We went to the Saturday's Voyeur at the Salt Lake Acting Company, which probably means jack shit to you unless you're local. In fact, we bought season tickets to the SLAC. We went to a baseball game. And the drive-in. The usual summer fare.
Tomorrow we are leaving town to go to Denver. Chris' dad turned 70 this past December, and we decided that we'd all go to a baseball game in Denver this summer to celebrate. It should be a good time. We're going out for sushi on Thursday night, going to a waterpark on Friday, hiking on Saturday, and doing our NFL draft on Sunday. We'll be back Monday night, at which point I will continue to ignore this website.
