I had a board meeting for Community Council tonight from 7-9pm, so feel like I've barely had a night. I'm going straight to bed after I upload this. I was so tired this morning that I took a nap after work, which I never do. I seriously haven't had a nap since our honeymoon. Joanna came over last night and we were up a little too late. She brought her dog, Daisy, which is always good for the cats. They need a little excitement in their lives.

I took off from work for an hour today to go to the hospital to see a friend's new baby. He was adorable, and only 2 days old. I wondered if seeing a baby would make me baby-hungry, but it didn't at all. My friend/coworker (the baby is her nephew) held the baby most of the time while the baby's mom and I chatted. He was really cute, though, and so is his sister. She wears glasses, and is there anything cuter that a toddler with glasses? I mean, I know how much having bad vision sucks (I've worn glasses since I was 7) but there is some serious cuteness going on there.

Okay, really now, I'm going to bed.
