I just realized that I never updated about the night we went to see Old Crow Medicine Show. It was a Wednesday night, and we decided to go out for sushi before the show. What that as to do with the fact that it was a Wednesday, I don't know. Anyway, all of this rambling to tell you that guess who was at Takashi eating across from us? Andrew Firestone!! And his fiancee. When we left I called Joanna immediately to tell her, because she's a big "The Bachelor" fan.

The show was absolutely amazing. They are such an incredibly talented band. And! They went on within an hour of start time, for which they have my eternal respect. I had the foresight to take the following morning off work, for which I have eternal self-respect. Good decision, Ami. Chris and I slept in and then went to the Blue Plate Diner for brunch. It felt like we were retired. Heh.
