Okay, so I ran last night and I ran an actual, honest to god, 5K. Not 2.85 miles. Not 3 miles. But 3.1 miles. And my time was 37:00.05. So yay, now I just need to get a whole lot faster. Like, a really whole lot. But everyone has to start somewhere, right? Right.

Moving on. Well I really don't have much to say, so I'll post this picture of Chris and me at his cousin Steve's birthday party. Steve took the photo and then Chris cropped it to leave out the other 2 people in the picture, since they probably don't want their picture on the internets for people to find when they google "slow ass runners".
